That's especially true after an Ohio winter of freezing and thawing, or a spring storm with wind and hail. By the time a stain shows up on the ceiling, the repair is usually bigger. Our roof inspections are free. We check the shingles or panels, the flashing around chimneys, vents and skylights, the gutters and drainage, and any signs of ice dam damage. We also look for anything that could affect whether your property is up to code. Then we walk you through what we found, what needs attention now and what can wait. An inspection makes sense after a major storm, before you buy or sell a home, or any time your roof is getting older and you want an honest read on it. If we find storm damage, we work directly with your insurance provider on the claim.
